Transcripts:
Transcripts from ICAI conatains all marks obtained from first to last exam.
Transcripts are usually used by candidates to apply for permanent residency, higher education, visa, H1B, immigration etc. If you are applying for WES evaluation (ECA) for job, education or Canada PR, you need to apply for transcripts from your university, unless your college is Autonomous.
Each set of transcripts/attested mark-sheets from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is issued in a separate sealed and stamped/signed envelope. As such, if you apply for 3 sets of transcripts from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, you will receive 3 envelopes, each containing one set of transcripts.
Documents Required for Transcripts

Self-attested copies of Entrance / Foundation / PE I / CPT / PE II / PCE / IPCE / Intermediate / Final examination mark sheet/s (both front and reverse side) of all Examinations ( i.e. for all your appearances including those where the result of any one or both groups was PASS).

Correct Student/Articles Registration number.

Self-attested copies of Rank Certificate issued, if any.

Self-attested copy of Associate Membership Certificate / Fellow Membership Certificate.

Proof for having paid the current year Membership fee clearly indicating your membership number to enable ICAI to issue the “COVER SHEET” (Which is a part of Transcript containing Membership Number, brief description of C. A. Course, Passing Criteria, etc.).
Processing time for Transcripts
ICAI usually takes 30 days to issue transcripts.
